How to Obtain Plans and Specifications
By Mail
Payment must be received before bid plans and specifications are
mailed. A faxed copy of the check will not be accepted. If you
wish to have plans and specs sent via Federal Express, please
clearly request this when you send your check, and make sure to provide your
FedEx account number. Every effort will be made to send bid plans and specifications within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please mail payment to:

By Phone
Payment for bid plans and specifications will be accepted over
the phone by the Public Works Department at (805) 237-3861 if
applied to a credit card. The City of Paso Robles accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover Card. You will be required to provide all information
necessary to process the credit card. Every effort will be made
to send bid plans and specifications within 24 hours of receipt
of payment.
You may also choose to have plans sent via Federal Express by providing your FedEx account number at the time of request.
