Proposed Water Rate Staff Report
The City Council conducted a public hearing and adopted ordinance no. 973. N.S. establishing a revised, uniform water rate structure effective January 1, 2012. Water Rates Staff Report - April 5, 2011
"On April 5, 2011, the City Council successfully adopted a uniform consumption-based water rate structure. The new rates go into effect January 1, 2012. Customers will pay only for the water they use, with no fixed monthly base charge. The rates cover the 2012-2016 period."
