SENIOR CENTER MEMBERSHIP
Paso Robles Senior Center Membership Form
We invite you to become a member of the Paso Robles Senior Center. Anyone can become a member regardless of age. By joining, you will be helping to support our services, programs, and activities.
There are four different levels of membership support available:
| Basic Membership: | $12 Single or $15 Household paid annually |

| Friend: | $50 paid annually |

| Sponsor: | $100 paid annually |
|
| Lifetime: | $200 one-time fee |

- Use of Senior Center library
- Discussion and support groups
- Free and low-cost exercise classes
- Access to services, programs, and activities that improve physical and mental health, intellectual & social well-being in a state-of-the-art facility.
Friend Membership Benefits:
- All Basic Membership benefits
- 15% Discount Coupon towards one class or trip (up to $25 value)
- One complimentary ticket to our Annual Older American’s Month Picnic in May
- Two Paso Robles Transit Bus Coupons
Sponsor Membership Benefits:

- Free notary service available
- Fax and copy services available
- Complimentary passes for two guests to selected programs and events
Lifetime Membership:
You can choose a Lifetime Membership for $200 and never pay dues again. You will receive your name engraved on our “Lifetime Members” plaque in the Senior Center lobby, and two complimentary lifetime passes to our Annual Older Americans Month Picnic in May of each year.
