Zumba Gold® modifies the Zumba Fitness® moves and pacing to suit the needs of those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle, as well as the active older participant. Easy to follow, safe and effective total body workout. Improves respiratory and cardiovascular system, muscle mass, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, bone density, metabolism, fat-burning, weight loss, cognitive function, motor control, performance and agility. $60 for a 10 class punch card.
