How to Obtain Plans and Specifications
By Mail
Payment must be received before bid plans and specifications are
mailed. A faxed copy of the check will not be accepted. If you
wish to have plans and specs sent via Fed-Ex, please include this
information along with your check, and make sure to provide your
Fed-Ex account number. Bid plans and specifications will be mailed
within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please mail payment to:

By Phone
Payment for bid plans and specifications will be accepted over
the phone by the Public Works Department at (805) 237-3861 if
applied to a credit card. The City of Paso Robles accepts Visa
or Mastercard. You will be required to provide the
cardholder’s name, account number and expiration date. Bid
specifications and plans will be mailed within 24 hours. You may
also choose to have plans sent via Fed-Ex by providing your Fed-Ex
account number at the time of request.
