Through the gift of a shiny new toy, U.S. Marines have been bringing the joy of Christmas to America’s neediest children each year for the past 57 years. One of the goals of the program is to deliver a message of hope that will inspire youngsters to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
Toys For Tots donates every toy they collect to the Toy Bank. The Toy Bank, which is now in its 15th year, shares the spirit of giving with youths 14 and under from low-income families in Paso Robles and surrounding communities. Last year, the program brightened the holidays for 575 families and some 1,600 children. Similar numbers are expected for this year.
Toys will be collected through December 5th at the Senior Center.
The U.S. Marine Corps, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and the Toy Bank thank you for your support.
