Housing Element Adopted
At its meeting of June 21, 2011, the City Council adopted the 2011 Housing Element.
The Housing Element contains the City’s goals, policies, and action items relevant to providing affordable housing to its residents. The issues that are addressed and analyzed in the Housing Element, which inform the goals, policies, and action items are prescribed by State Law as set forth in Sections 65580 et seq of the California Government Code. State Law also mandates that the Housing Element be updated on a regular schedule.

Final Circulation Element
This project is an update to the city-wide Circulation Element. The Circulation Element is one of the mandated elements of the General Plan. The Circulation Element identifies the city-wide transportation network. It is designed to support the City’s existing and future land use pattern, and contains policies specific to transportation and mobility to implement the circulation plan. Read more...

Uptown/Town Centre Specific Plan
The Uptown/Town Centre Specific Plan was adopted by the City Council on May 3, 2011. Copies of the entire specific plan or individual chapters are available here.
North San Luis Obispo County Conservation Strategy (NSLOC)
The City of Paso Robles and the County of San Luis Obispo have initiated the development of a multiple species habitat conservation program for the north and eastern portions of the County. The goal is to prepare a Habitat Conservation Program in support of Federal and State permitting processes. Read more...
