Paso Robles Festival of the Arts – Follow the River, Paint the Dream

The inaugural Festival of the Arts was an unqualified success, with an estimated attendance of 5,000 people; 63 artists in the River Art Show; 39 artists in the Fine Art Show; 24 artists in the Quick-Draw; 7 children’s art classrooms; 9 live performances on the kid’s stage; two concerts; and 191 volunteers.
