The Department of Administrative Services is responsible for a wide range of activities and functions that either directly serve the community or provide support to City.
The Paso Robles Administrative Services Department provides timely and accurate services to the public and other departments within the City in a courteous and fiscally responsible manner. Should you have any questions or concerns about the manner in which services are provided, please do not hesitate to contact the department director or other appropriate staff.
The Human Resources Division provides coordination of the recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of employees within the City, along with service support to the entire work force through management of employee benefits and oversight of work environment and safety programs.

Awards for Excellence
Beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 1999, the City of Paso Robles has annually received a Certificate of Award for their Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) from the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers.
