North County Shuttle

Beginning August 14, 2006, Paso Robles Transit Route C and the Atascadero El Camino Shuttle combined to form the new North County Shuttle.

The new route offers direct bus service from Atascadero through Templeton to Paso Robles and Cuesta College requiring no transfers. The shuttle runs every hour 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It also runs 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays but will not serve the college.

Because the NCS now serves Cuesta College, RTA Route 9 no longer will serve the college, this change made it possible to provide hourly service throughout the day connecting Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Luis Obispo. All buses are lift equipped to serve the mobility impaired and feature bicycle racks.

Contact 239-TRIP (8747) or 466-7433. More information on service schedule, map, hours and fares is available in the North County Shuttle Rider's Guide.

Demand Response Service

Dial-A-Ride (DAR) is a demand-response public transit service providing curb-to-curb service anywhere within city limits. All buses are lift equipped to serve the mobility impaired. Fixed Route Service

To use PRCATS, simply arrive at a designated bus stop anywhere in the City. Buses are lift-equipped to serve the mobility impaired and feature bicycle racks. Contact 239-TRIP (8747). More information on service schedule, map, hours and fares is available in the Paso Robles Transit Brochure [pdf:545k/2pp].
