ASBESTOS DEMOLITION/RENOVATION NOTIFICATION
As a result of State Legislation (Health and Safety Code Section 19827.5) [pdf:39k/1pp], which became effective January 1, 1991, prior to the release of Building Permits for demolition and renovation of structures in the City of Paso Robles, the following must be completed:

1. Download and fill out the above notification forms and send to the following agencies:

2. Applicant must provide to the Building Division as proof of notification to CAL-OSHA a copy of the receipt for registered or certified mail.
3. The applicant must submit a release from Air Pollution Control District prior to issuance of the demolition permit.
