LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT REVIEW PROCESS
Review Process A Lot Line Adjustment is reviewed by City technical staff as to its consistency with:
- The goals, policies and programs of the Citys General Plan.
- The applicable development standards in effect for the properties,
including: Zoning regulations establishing minimum lot sizes,
minimum dimensional criteria for lot width and depth, and
usability of resultant building site(s) Building Code regulations
establishing minimum standards to be maintained when modifying
existing buildings and/or constructing new ones.
- The applicable provisions of the most recent Amendment of the
Subdivision Map Act, Government Code Sections 66410 66499.58, of
the State of California.
- The Citys established local process for Line Adjustments as established in Chapter 22.18 (Lot Line Adjustment Process) of Title 22 (Subdivisions) of the Paso Robles Municipal Code.
