SITE PLAN - FORMS & INFORMATION

Site Plan Packet
A Site Plan submittal is required for all new commercial or multiple-family construction under 10,000 square feet in floor area or less that five units on one lot, on a site located outside the PD overlay districts. An example would be the conversion of an existing residence in an OP (Office Professional Zone), see Zoning Map zone to an office, complete with parking and access requirements. Other examples of major site plans include major remodels or expansions of existing facilities. A major site plan review would be reviewed and acted on by the City's Development Review Committee (DRC).
