SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT OR ADOPTION
INFORMATION
A Specific Plan is a document that includes text, maps, and diagrams that provides a detailed plan for the development of a particular geographic area within the City. The plan provides standards and criteria by which development will proceed including location of streets and utilities and standards for the conservation, development, and utilization of natural resources, where applicable.
The Specific Plan will also provide a program of implementation measures including regulations, programs, public works projects, and financing measures necessary to carry out the plan goals. The Specific Plan includes a statement of the relationship of the Specific Plan to the City’s General Plan.
