Dental and Vision: The City offers dental and vision coverage to all full time employees, with the Citys monthly contribution dependent on employee classification.
Life Insurance: Group term life insurance is provided for all full-time employees. The amount of coverage varies depending on the classification.
Vacation: Employees receive 10 days per year increasing to 20 days after 13 years.
Holidays: Employees receive 12 days per year.
Sick Leave: Employees receive 12 days per year.
Administrative Leave: A benefit available to management employees, 56-hours per year can be used or transferred to vacation.
Long Term Disability Insurance: Is a benefit available to management employees.
Deferred Compensation: Is available for employees to set aside a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis to supplement retirement. City annual contribution or match varies between employee groups and classification.
