Trash & Recycling

What do I do with...

These recyclables can be taken care of in several ways. If you are a Paso Robles Waste Disposal customer, your recyclables are picked up every week! Or you can drop off your recyclables at Waste Management's Atascadero Mid-State Recycle Station located at 7625 San Luis Avenue in Atascadero: (805) 466-3636.

Cardboard & Paper Products

Paso Robles Waste Disposal will pick up cardboard and paper products that fit in your blue recyclables bin on your regular trash day. For other locations throughout SLO County that accept cardboard and paper, visit the IWMA Paper Recycling Page.

You can now recycle CRTs (Cathode Ray Tubes), which are present in television sets and computer monitors at the City’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility. You can drop off your electronic devices Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Paso Robles Landfill on Highway 46. For additional information and drop off locations for both computer monitors and television sets, visit the IWMA Televisions Recycling page.

Visit the IWMA Computer Recycling page for locations and details on where to take your old computer.  Computer monitors are covered in the paragraph above (CRT's/Televisions).

Used Oil

Oil can be picked up curbside by Paso Robles Waste Disposal. Call them at 238-2381 to sign up for the program and schedule pickups. You can also take used oil to several locations in town. Visit the Used Oil page for locations.
