Turf Landscape Conversion Rebates
The City of Paso Robles offers rebates to homeowners or business owners who replace irrigated lawns with drought-tolerant plants on drip irrigation, artificial turf, or permeable paving. A rebate of $0.50 per square foot of turf converted is available to a maximum of $500 per water account. Please note: to qualify, a pre-inspection of the turf area to be removed is required prior to any work being done. In addition, there are specific landscaping requirements that must be met. High Efficiency Toilet Rebate Programs
By replacing an older high flow toilet with a new high
efficiency model, the average household can save about 13,000
gallons of water per year. That’s enough water to fill a small
backyard swimming pool.
The City of Paso Robles offers a rebate of up to $125 to homeowners or business owners who replace an older high flow toilet with new High Efficiency Toilet (HET) that uses 1.28 gallons per flush or less.
