Just off of Highway 46 East, surrounded by oak-dotted hills, Barney Schwartz Park is the only park of its kind within 120 miles. Besides being capable of holding large-scale tournaments for baseball/softball and soccer, it has a one million gallon lake, several group picnic areas, grassy picnic areas, two concession stands and two terrific playgrounds.
You can come out and enjoy the scenery, walking path, lake and playgrounds any day of the week for free! If you are looking to reserve one of the group picnic areas, click the name of the Pavilion below to see photos of the area and the amenities provided:

This one million gallon lake is perfect for remote control boats, fishing or just enjoying from the shores with your feet dipped in. Adults must have a fishing license. Sorry, no wading or swimming allowed.
