class is designed for fun and emphasizes safe and beneficial
movements and routines that will increase your flexibility,

Longevity Exercise - Chi Gung
Chi Gung is a wellness system that combines breathing with relaxed yet focused attention to body movement. Chi Gung forms the basis of Tai Chi and is easier to learn. These gentle strengthening exercises improve balance, breathing capacity, posture, flexibility, range of motion, and help calm the central nervous system.
Chi Gung is also practiced to reduce stress, blood pressure and enhance overall health and vitality. It provides the foundation for moving with more ease which can be applied to everyday activities at work, home, and any repertoire of strategies for a healthy lifestyle.
The exercises are non-impact, easily adapted to a seated position, and fun to learn. All are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Questions? Call Faye, 238-9770.

Softball for Seniors
Especially for the 50 and better crowd, come and bring your gear to Barney Schwartz Park every Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Take a few swings, shag a few flys. If enough show to play, we can even choose teams for a quick pickup game. There's no fee. If you don't want the structure of a league, or if you're in a league and just want to stay loose, this is for you!
