Flexercise

FREE low-impact exercise class is designed for fun and
emphasizes safe and beneficial movements and routines that will
increase your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Just drop in

La Lucha PACE Exercise Class (Spanish)
Mondays & Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 AM
PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) is an exercise program
designed for people with arthritis, it offers gentle activities
to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and help
maintain muscle strength. It also helps increase overall
stamina. La Lucha is taught in Spanish. For more information,

Softball for Seniors
Especially for the 50 and better crowd, come and bring your gear to Barney Schwartz Park every Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Take a few swings, shag a few flys. If enough show to play, we can even choose teams for a quick pickup game. There's no fee. If you don't want the structure of a league, or if you're in a league and just want to stay loose, this is for you!

Join this great Latin dance fitness class for active older
adult. $20. Designed for active older adults and seniors, Zumba
GOLD® gets you moving with the same great Latin and
international music which has made Zumba® so popular. The moves
are fun and simple to follow. No dance experience or dance
partners are necessary. To join the dance-fitness party, wear
your comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and a smile. Bring a
