Easy exercises to improve balance, breathing, and range of motion. This gentle exercise class is based on body mechanics, balance techniques, and chi gung to reduce stress, blood pressure, and enhance overall health and vitality. FREE low-impact exercise class is designed for fun and
emphasizes safe and beneficial movements and routines that will
increase your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Just drop in
and wear comfortable clothing.
La Lucha PACE Exercise Class (Spanish)
Mondays & Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 AM
PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) is an exercise program
designed for people with arthritis, it offers gentle activities
to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and help
maintain muscle strength. It also helps increase overall
