Recreation Services Division

The Recreation Services mission is to create a better community through people, programs, places and experiences. We strive to achieve our mission by providing recreational and special event programming for personal enrichment, fitness and well-being for people of all ages. For more information visit the Recreation Services homepage.

Parks & Trails Maintenance

The Parks and Trails Maintenance Division is responsible for creating a beautiful and functional environment for the enjoyment of a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

Whether active (soccer, softball, tennis) or passive (picnicking, walking) community enjoyment of our "green spaces" is the goal of the Parks and Trails Maintenance team.

Homeless Services

City Council Adopted Goals and Strategic Priorities includes Housing and Homelessness as one of six goal areas of prioritization during the FY 22-23 and 23-24 budget cycle. Enhancing emergency sheltering services and reducing the number of unsheltered individuals using collaborative strategies were included as objectives to addressing the goal area.
