The Paso Robles City Library seeks to encourage the artistic and cultural interests of the community by providing space in the Library to display visual and other work.
The Black Gold Cooperative Library System is a consortium of independent libraries along the California Central Coast that provides patrons with increased access to physical and electronic materials through a shared catalog.
Computers with access to the Internet are available for free public use with a valid Library Card. Cardholders ages 13 and over may access these computers with a daily time limit of 180 minutes and a maximum session limit of 60 minutes.
The library offers several types of cards. Visit the library to apply for materials and Internet access cards. For accessing downloadable materials through the eLibrary only, eCards can be acquired through the Black Gold Cooperative System.
