Black Oak Lodge

The Black Oak Lodge project proposes to establish a 4-story, 96-room hotel. The project includes 120 parking spaces, which exceeds the Zoning Code requirement for 104 spaces allowing for one space per guest room and 8 spaces for employees.

Cabernet Links Recreational Vehicle Resort

Proposed 290 space RV park within and around the existing Links Golf Course to be developed in 5 phases. The project proposes to utilize the existing three buildings that are currently under construction. The buildings would be completed and provide for the various golf and RV resort functions such as the pro shop, clubhouse, banquet room, golf cart storage and maintenance, as well as provide for restrooms, showers, and locker rooms. The development plan also includes other amenities such as a swimming pool and walking trials.

Creston Road Active Transportation Project

The proposed project consists of various road and sidewalk improvements to the Creston Road corridor, between South River Road and Niblick Road, within the City of Paso Robles.

Daniel's Woodland

This is a proposal to subdivide a 7.76-acre parcel to create two lots for construction of an approximately 24,000 square foot manufacturing facility for Daniel’s Woodland on Parcel 1 and an approximately 76,000 square foot self-storage facility on Parcel 2. Additionally, the project site is located in an overlay district that requires a Conditional Use Permit to ensure commercial/light industrial uses are compatible with the neighboring land uses.

Highway 46 East for the Future

Population growth, both locally and statewide, has led to increased travel demand and congestion on Route 46 East. The primary purpose of the 46 East for the Future process is to generate public interest to assist partner agencies in the development of a 20-year improvement strategy for the section of Route 46 East from U.S. 101 to Jardine Road.

Historic Preservation Program

The City of Paso Robles is fortunate to have many historic buildings, landmarks, and some cases districts, that remain in the present time. To help preserve these resources, the City Council established a goal to update the current city-wide Historic Inventory and establish a Historic Preservation Ordinance.

Paso Robles Gateway Annexation

The City Council has approved a settlement agreement to dismiss multiple lawsuits and allow the processing of a proposed General Plan Amendment and annexation of 170 acres for a destination resort development including a single-family residential development and realignment of South Vine Street.

U.S. Highway 101 / State Route 46 West Interchange

The California Department of Transportation, as delegated by the Federal Highway Administration, has determined that Build Alternative 2 will have no significant impact on the human environment.

Vintner's Vault

This is a proposal to construct a new 56,250 square foot light industrial building on a vacant 2.75 acre parcel located in an existing industrial park. The project entails equipment display, warehousing of equipment and supplies, wine production, offices and wine tasting.

West Main Water Tank Replacement

The purpose of the project to be undertaken by the City is to construct a new water storage tank intended to replace the existing 21st Street Reservoir.
