The proposed project consists of adding a 109,4743 (plus or minus) square foot  wine storage building consisting of:

  • A 1,205 square foot office
  • 1,558 square feet of shipping and receiving
  • 103,970 square feet of barrel storage
  • A 908 square foot electrical room
  • A covered mechanical area of 2,256 square feet, located adjacent to the loading dock on the southeast corner of the building

This new building complements the existing winery facility that is located within an existing Golden Hill Industrial/Business Park. The proposed project is the type of development that was anticipated with the development of the Golden Hills Business Park.
