High Efficiency Toilet Rebates
By replacing an older high flow toilet with a new high efficiency model, the average household can save about 13,000 gallons of water per year. That’s enough water to fill a small backyard swimming pool. The City of Paso Robles offers a rebate of up to $125 to homeowners or business owners who replace an older high flow toilet with new High Efficiency Toilet (HET) that uses 1.28 gallons per flush or less.
