Per §34270 of the Health & Safety Code, two commissioners must be residents of the Authority and one of the two must be at least 62 years of age.
The Housing Authority of the City of Paso Robles operates Oak Park Public Housing, a 148 unit apartment complex of lower income households, located on the east side of Park Street, between 28th and 34th Streets. The Housing Authority is considered a local governmental agency that is separate from the City of Paso Robles. However, pursuant to State Law, the seven-member Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is appointed by the City Council. For more information, visit the Paso Robles Housing Authority website.
