This is a proposal to subdivide a 7.76-acre parcel to create two lots for construction of an approximately 24,000 square foot manufacturing facility for Daniel’s Woodland on Parcel 1 and an approximately 76,000 square foot self-storage facility on Parcel 2. Additionally, the project site is located in an overlay district that requires a Conditional Use Permit to ensure commercial/light industrial uses are compatible with the neighboring land uses.
The Public Review Period for the proposed Negative Declaration will commence on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and conclude on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
The Planning Commission of the City of Paso Robles will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Paso Robles, 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles, California, in the City Council Chambers, to consider adoption of a Negative Declaration in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
