Week 8
Today we begin a few more weeks of the Be Well Paso Weekly Challenge! As stay-at-home orders evolve, we’ll continue to help you stay fit, productive, connected, and positive.
JUST FOR FUN - We’ve all heard the popular saying "Laughter is the best medicine." Most psychologists agree that humor helps people take back their sense of power in a powerless situation and it helps them connect with others.
LET’S MOVE - Over the past four weeks, you sampled a variety of exercises. Hopefully, you’ve incorporated many of them into your daily life. Over the next few weeks, we’ll turn you on to a few new ones and reintroduce you to a few of our favorites.
WHAT TO DO - In case you’ve run out of things to do, we’ll offer you some fresh ideas.
IT’S ALL GOOD - When things get tough, many people turn to a motivational quote for a bit of inspiration. Quotes have the power to inspire and encourage. Whenever you feel low, unhappy, or lacking motivation, read attentively a few quotes, and you will see how your mood and state of mind begin to improve.
Day 1
JUST FOR FUN - Yeah, I have plans tonight. I’ll probably hit the living room around 8 or 9.

Day 3
JUST FOR FUN - I told the kids we were starting homeschool at 9 am and they all are hiding from me in their rooms with the doors locked so is this winning? It feels like winning.
LET’S MOVE - Boost your immune system, relax and improve the vital energy movement in your body with this 30 minute Qigong (chi-gong) practice.
WHAT TO DO - Unplug for an hour. Switch everything to airplane mode and free yourself from the constant bings of social media and email.

JUST FOR FUN - I’ve learned to fold a fitted sheet.
