General Public: Monday-Friday: 10:00 am-7 pm; Saturday: 10:00 am-4 pm
Face coverings are required for anyone over the age of two.
Patrons are asked to maintain physical distancing while in the library.
Usage of two public Internet computers are available for one, 1-hour session per day. (Reservations are recommended.) One public Internet computer is available for one, 20-minute session per day for quick transactions. Mobile printing and faxing are available.
Limited furnishings are available for in-library reading or study.
Outdoor patio seating is available.
Laptop tables for outdoor use with personal devices are available.
Friends of the Library Gift Shop is scheduled to reopen Wednesday, June 16. Donations cannot be accepted at this time.

Library sanitation protocols remain in place.
Items in the library are no longer quarantined. However, given the nature of a shared library collection, we are not able to guarantee the safety of shared library materials.
Curbside Service is available during open hours for those preferring to place holds and pick up their items in the parking lot. In addition, Paso Robles Library card holders are still encouraged to visit the library’s eLibrary and make use of all the digital resources. For those without a current library account wishing to access digital resources, eCards are available (for ages 13 and up) through the Black Gold Cooperative Library System.
