This photo attached is of current waterline installation in Dry Creek Road (DPW 17-19A). Sewer pipes are also planned to be installed in Dry Creek Road. The Traffic Control noted on the PDF (below) is only when the Contractor is working. Dry Creek Road is FULLY open at the end of the day and during weekends.
Once all the pipelines are complete, the surface of Dry Creek Road will be repaired and slightly widened (from a width that varies in range from about 16-20 feet wide "rough edges" to a more consistent 24-feet wide pavement with hard edge).
