The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Paso Robles "Gateway" Annexation is available for community review and comment until April 13, 2020.
The site is 170 acres at the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 46W and includes two hotels with up to 425 rooms, approximately 75,600 sf of commercial space, a 30,000-sf conference center and up to 97 residential units. South Vine Street would be realigned to connect with Theatre Drive.
