Jardine Road to be RepairedCity Council authorized repairs to Jardine Road from Beacon to Tower. The cost of repairs is estimated at $500,000 and the funds will come from General Fund Reserves, derived from the supplemental sales tax intended for road repair. The repair project is not a full rebuild of Jardine Road, but it is a less costly option that will provide 15-20 years of life to the road. Details

20-Unit Apartment Complex ApprovedCity Council approved a plan to construct the Creston Apartments, a 20-unit multiple-family residential project at 420/424 Creston Road. The development includes four 3-story apartment buildings, four 2-story buildings, garages and a playground. Project details

City Budget Planning SessionCity Council, residents and City staff received information on the 10-year financial forecast and began planning for the budget cycle covering July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022. Development Impact Fee ReportPursuant to Government Code Section 66006(b)(1), local agencies shall, within 180 days after the last day of each fiscal year, make available to the public an Annual Development Impact Fee Report. The draft Report is available for public review at City Hall, and on the City’s website here. City Council will receive a presentation of the report at its February 4, 2020 meeting.
