Sherwood Park Area Master Plan Community Meeting 12/12/18

This is the last chance for neighbors and parks users to help plan the future of recreation in Sherwood Acres before the plan goes to City Council for adoption.

PASO ROBLES, CA – The City of Paso Robles is hosting the last in a series of community meetings to gather input on the future of the parks and public areas in the Sherwood Acres neighborhood prior to adopting the Sherwood Park Area Master Plan.

The Sherwood Park Area Master Plan Community Meeting is being held on Wednesday, December 12 at 6:30PM at the Library Conference Center at 1000 Spring Street.

Led by SSA Landscape Architects, this meeting will provide community and neighborhood residents an opportunity to choose from two sets of draft designs and “mix and match” features and improvements that will provide a road map for the development of real projects in the future.

About the Sherwood Park Area Master Plan Project:
Funding for the Sherwood Park Master Plan was approved in the FY16/17 budget and allocates funding to research and develop a master plan for the parks in the Sherwood Acres neighborhood, based on community input and neighborhood user needs. The Master Plan will provide a “road map” for any future updates to the park that will be funded through the City’s budget projects and/or grant funding.
