How can I be heard at a council meeting?

When the Council presents an agenda item, the mayor will ask if anyone wishes to speak. If you would like to speak, you may step up to the public rostrum, speak directly into the microphone, first giving your name and address.

All communications must be directed to the Mayor and the City Council.
