The work is generally described as replacement of the existing water/sand table with a new misting station at Uptown Family Park. The existing play area and approximately 520 SF of landscape area will be used for the project.
Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract from www.ciplist.com. To the extent required by section 20103.7 of the Public Contract Code, upon request from a contractor plan room service, the City shall provide an electronic copy of the Contract at no charge to the contractor plan room.
Project is to be completed within Sixty-five (65) CALENDAR days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time.
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 10 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at Uptown Family Park, 36th and Spring Street, Paso Robles. Representatives of the City and consulting engineers, if any, will be present. Questions asked by Bidders at the Pre-Bid Conference not specifically addressed within the Contract shall be answered in writing, and shall be sent to all Bidders present at the Pre-Bid Conference.
