Following the closure of the bid submittal period, bids will be publicly opened and read for performing work as follows:  Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as Paso Robles Municipal Airport Runway 1-19 Improvements, DPW Project No. 23-29, according to drawings and specifications prepared by the City of El Paso de Robles and according to the Contract Documents. The work shall include but is not limited to, removal of accumulated rubber on taxiway, crack fill longitudinal cracks, re-coating all existing pavement markings on Runway 1-19, and connecting taxiways, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.

Project is to be completed within Twenty (20) WORKING days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.  The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time.

A non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for September 26, 2023 at 11AM at the Paso Robles Municipal Airport Mezzanine Lobby, located at 4900 Wing Way, Paso Robles, CA.
