Following the closure of the bid submittal period, bids will be publicly opened and read for performing work as follows: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as TARR WELL PROJECT, DPW Project No. 18-21, according to drawings and specifications prepared by the City of El Paso de Robles and according to the Contract Documents. The work shall include but is not limited to construction and testing of a 16-inch diameter ground water supply well all in accordance to these Specifications and to the satisfaction of the City all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.
A NON-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 9 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at the corner of Aerotech Center Way and Dry Creek Road, Paso Robles. Representatives of the City and consulting engineers, if any, will be present. Questions asked by Bidders at the Pre-Bid Conference not specifically addressed within the Contract shall be answered in writing, and shall be sent to all Bidders present at the Pre-Bid Conference.
