Following the closure of the informal bid submittal period, bids will be opened and reviewed for performing work as follows:

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to LANDSCAPE & LIGHTING DISTRICT #1 – MAINTENANCE AREA 3, DPW Project No. 20-22B, in accordance with the Contract Documents and to the satisfaction of the City of El Paso de Robles.  The work is generally described as parkway, median, slope and open space landscape and irrigation maintenance for Landscape & Lighting District #1, Zone 10A, Sub Areas 13 and 67; Zone 11, Sub Areas 32, 38, 39, 48, 57, 75, 76A and 76B; Zone 14, Sub Areas 33 and 40; and Standalone Sub Areas 37, 64, 103, 116 and 117.
