Groundbreaking Ceremony for Viñedo Development (Olsen-So Chandler)

It is with great pride and excitement we announce that the developer of the Olsen-South Chandler property is preparing to begin construction on the project. The City would like to invite you to a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 25 from 4 PM to 6 PM on the site.
Dubbed “Viñedo” the project sits on 280+ acres adjacent to Linne Rd. and when complete will include 1,233 single family and multi-family homes, beautiful landscaping, community parks, recreational facilities, and over 8 miles of hiking and bike trails.
During the groundbreaking, consultants will be on site with project exhibits and available to answer questions. Please come help us celebrate this milestone for Paso Robles.
